Key Activities and Achievements of Bharat Swabhiman

On 14th Nov, 2010 under the guidance of Pujya Swami Ramdevji, a Sabha was organized by Bharat Swabhiman at Jantar Mantar, Delhi in which Swamiji and other patriotic citizens came forward to lodge and F.I R in the C.W.G scam at Parliament Street Police Station, as a result of which Mr. Kalmadi was put in jail & which also gave a ray of hope in the hearts of the citizens of this country that we can get rid of corruption. On 30th January, 2011, a written representation of people from over 600 districts was sent to the Prime Minister which contained demand of bringing back black money stashed abroad & putting an end to corruption, which was supported by all major social, spiritual groups and organisations of the nation.

Swamiji himself sent the signed representation to the President of India through the District Magistrate of Bilaspur. Soon after on 27th Feb, 2011 Swamiji, organized a huge rally in Ramlila Maidan, Delhi which was attended by lakhs of people after which a written representation was handed over to the President to bring back black money, on the day which marks the birth anniversary of freedom fighter Shaheed Chandrashekhar Azad, over 2 lakh people gathered in Ramlila Maidan, Delhi with Swamiji & written representation to bring back black money was again was also sent from over 5000 Tehsils across the country to the Hon’ble President of India, to bring back black money. The written representation’s hallmark was that the people, fed up with corruption and corrupt political system, signed it with their blood & Swamiji brought the message to the notice of the Hon’ble President.

On 23rd March which marks Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru’s Martyr’s Day, people across country’s every district, on 24th March from every Tehsil and on 25th March from more than one Lakh villages the written representation was again sent to the Hon’ble President of India alongwith which all the patriotic people observed fasts as well.
